Parties & Scope of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to the WiaAjans / Wiasoft Technologies website, customer portal, and mobile applications operated by Wiasoft Technologies Inc. (Incorporation No: BC1614041 · Business Number: 743313579BC0001 · Registered Office: 730 Raymer Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 4Z7, Canada) in Canada and globally, and by WiaSoft in Türkiye.

Nature of Services & Proposals

Public service pages and inquiry forms are provided for informational scoping and do not constitute a binding price quote or performance guarantee. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by executed client service agreements or issued invoices.

Portal Security & Mandatory MFA

Portal and mobile app users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, authenticator devices, and MFA recovery codes. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to [email protected] or +1 (647) 394-4946.

Billing, Stripe Checkout & Taxes

Invoices are issued in the agreed currency (CAD, USD, or TRY). By default, invoices are issued tax-exclusive unless explicitly marked tax-inclusive; applicable taxes (such as Canadian GST/HST/PST) are calculated and displayed transparently during Stripe Checkout.
