Mobile Application Scope (Apple App Store & Google Play)
The WiaAjans Portal mobile application (iOS and Android) is operated by Wiasoft Technologies Inc. (BC1614041 · 730 Raymer Avenue, Kelowna, BC V1Y 4Z7, Canada) and WiaSoft to allow B2B clients and authorized staff to securely monitor active service engagements, digital assets, billing summaries, and renewal alerts. The app contains no third-party advertising and does not sell or rent user data.
Data Collection & Device Permissions (App Privacy / Data Safety)
The app processes only your account email, multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification state, encrypted session credentials stored in device SecureStore, and—only if you explicitly opt in—your Expo Push Token for service renewal reminders. The app does not access precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library, and performs no cross-app tracking (no IDFA / App Tracking Transparency profiling).
Push Notification Controls & Token Revocation
Push notifications are used strictly for transactional renewal reminders and operational status updates. You can toggle push notifications off at any time directly from the mobile dashboard, and signing out automatically revokes the device's push token on our servers.
Account & Data Deletion Policy (App Store & Google Play Compliance)
In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Google Play Data Safety requirements, and PIPEDA / Law 25, you may request complete deletion of your portal account and associated personal data at any time via the in-app 'Privacy & Account Deletion' screen, through our '/iletisim' web form (selecting 'Data Privacy Request'), or by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (647) 394-4946. All personal profile data, session tokens, and push registrations are permanently purged within 30 days, subject only to mandatory statutory tax and accounting retention records.
